i was out with jy today..
supposedly eileen and yuhui wil also be coming.
but then eileen was sick..
and yuhui had to help in the household chores..
yup so its me n jy..
we went to bugis,then to yuhui's place..
shopped,chatted..had a great time..
1 of my fren smsed me last nite..
he was upset as his frens disliked him..
as i began to encourage n console him..
i realised he puts all his work n stufs in front of God..
began pondering,
and deep in my tots..
i realised..
everyone is jus so focused,
so occupied in the things tat God has created..
everyone is so focused on the things created
rather than the Creator.
instead of God,
ppl focus much more on their work,
studies,money,their life.
isnt it God who created such stufs..
another illustration is simply;
ppl look to the gifts,rather than the giver Himself.
why the created and not the Creator?
why the gifts and not the Giver?
ppl jus like to submerge themselves in stress,
in sadness,in things which they dislike.
though they dun wan it to happen,
but they unknowingly fall into it.
not because they have to,but because they are jus too engrossed in it.
can't they jus take a lil time,
to submerge into His presence instead?
Now the verse 'Seek His kingdom 1st,and all things shall be added to u'
carries deeper meaning..

i pray for greater revelations like this;
to keep me stronger in His word.
i pray ppl realise the importance of having Him in their lives.
that without the Creator,
created things wont exist
without the Giver,
gifts wont exist..
